We Stock thousands of items, and also use suppliers around NZ to supply our customers. Most orders (if on the shelf) will be shipped on a overnight service nationwide. However, due to size restrictions this can take and extra 1-2 days on large orders. Please contact us for any clarification.

Please note we stock over 7000 parts here in Invercargill. We also pull from a network of nationwide kiwi based suppliers giving us access to many thousand more. This is the case for slower moving parts.

Returns

Here at SES Direct we want to get your gear up and running. If you have ordered the incorrect part we will assist and endeavor to get you sorted.

Our policy lasts 14 working days from delivery of your order. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before sending any part back you must make contact with us and we will supply a return number to go with your goods via email. 
Return freight is your cost.
NOTE: Electrical items are only credited at our discretion.
A restock fee is of 20% is charged for common items we stock.
For ‘indent’ parts (ordered specially for you) we apply a minimum 25% re-stock fee.
For some specialist or ‘one-off’ items that we are unable to return to our suppliers cannot not be returned.
Freight is only credited if we made the error and sent the incorrect part by mistake.
